1 Corinthians 6: 14-15
Jesus said
14)"For if you forgive men when they sin
against you, your heavenly Father will
also forgive you.
15) "But if you do not forgive men their
sins, your Father will not forgive your sins."

Unforgiveness will pick at your flesh until
it destroys YOU, not the one you need
to forgive. They may not even know they
offended you. Do Not waste time holding
grudges against people, but forgive them
quickly and the Lord will forgive you.
