Healthy Cucumber Snack

Healthy Cucumber Snack
Recipe type: Salad
Serves: 1
  • Cucumber
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
  • Cayenne Pepper
  1. Slice cucumbers and marinade in olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. The oil and lemon juice should just be enough to cover the cucumbers and it will soak in.
  3. Sprinkle with Cayenne Pepper.
  4. Enjoy!
