Change Up Your Chicken Salad!

Kick it up a notch the next time you make chicken salad!
1. Instead of mayo, use plain, nonfat greek yogurt. It is healthy minus the fat
    and it adds a creamy texture!

2. Sweeten your chicken salad up a bit by tossing in some blueberries!
    They are loaded with antioxidants.

3. Add in some ground flax-seeds for a rich, nutty dimension.  Flax-seeds
    are an excellent source of heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
