An apple a day

VERSE OF THE DAY (NLT) - Romans 5:6-8

When we were utterly helpless, Christ came at just the right time and died for us
sinners. Now, most people would not be willing to die for an upright person, though
someone might perhaps be willing to die for a person who is especially good. But God
showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still
sinners.

This phrase is very profound,
"Christ die for us" ,
Honestly,I want to know what this phrase really means..
Is he a scapegoat of all of you?
And American people feel deeply indebted to Christ?
That's why you believe in Christ?
It is very difficult for me...
But I think this is the core, the heart of Christianity.
