Strawberry Pie in a Minute!


8 or 9 inch baked pie crust
1 cup boiling water
1 package (3oz) strawberry gelatin
                              1 package (16oz) frozen sliced strawberries

Prepare pie shell.  Pour boiling water over
gelatin; stir to dissolve.  Add frozen strawberries;
stir to break berries apart.  When mixture is
partially set, pour into baked pie shell. Top
with a dollop of whipped cream when served,
if desired.
Substitutes: Raspberry or mixed fruit gelatin
can be used.  Then use 10oz package of
frozen raspberries or frozen mixed fruit.

Yield= 6 to 8 servings
