An Apple a Day: Luke 2:16-20

Luke 2:16-20

They hurried to the village and found Mary and Joseph.
And there was the baby, lying in the manger.
After seeing him, the shepherds told everyone
what had happened and what the angel had said to them
about this child. All who heard the shepherds' story were
astonished, but Mary kept all these things in her heart
 and thought about them often.The
shepherds went back to their flocks,
glorifying and praising God for all they had heard
and seen. It was just as the angel had told them.

Hebrews 1:1-2

Hebrews 1:1-2

[Jesus Christ Is God's Son] Long ago God spoke many times
and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets.
And now in these final days, he has spoken to us through
his Son. God promised everything to the Son as an inheritance,
and through the Son he
created the universe.

An Apple a Day: Psalm 100:4-5

Today let Thankfulness rule in your heart.  As you thank
God for the blessings in your life, a wonderful thing
happens. It will be like the scales fall off your eyes,
enabling you to see more of HIS glorious riches. A
life of praise and thankfulness becomes a life filled
with miracles!  Don't miss out on the blessings God
has for those with hearts full of praise and thankfulness!

Psalm 100:4-5 (NIV)
4. Enter his gates with Thanksgiving and his courts with
praise; give thanks to HIM and praise his name.
5. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.

Fresh Egg Tip

Quick Tip

To tell if an egg is fresh, place it in a bowl of water. If it sinks and lies on its side, it’s good. If it sinks and stands large-end up, use it quickly—it’s about to go bad. If it floats, toss it.
