An apple a day
A professor once said that it didn't matter if one said, "I seed,"
if one really had seen something.

Education isn't play and it can't be made to look like play.
It is hard, hard work, but it can be made into interesting work.

A Beauty Tip
For Pouches and Wrinkles Around the Eyes
To tone the arc under the eyes, where pouches and bags form
you must press your lower lids into service.
Close your eyes by slowly raising lower lid. Keep eyes closed 5 seconds.
Open eyes. Repeat this exercise five times daily.
To help ease away or prevent crowsfeet, raise eyebrows to the highest
possible arch. Close eyes slowly and relax eyebrows. Repeat 5 times daily.

Easy Key Lime Yogurt Pie (Low Fat!)
This is so easy to make and it uses all lowfat ingredients! It's yummy! Here is the recipe...
Key Lime Yogurt Pie
(you can use any flavor you want to. I love using lemon and keylime, but plan to try some other flavors too!
Ingredients:
2 single containers of lowfat yogurt (keylime for this pie)
Lime juice (to your taste) I use juice from a whole lime...
1 carton cool whip (lite or fat free)
Graham cracker crust (reduced fat)
To Prepare:
Mix yogurt, with the juice.
Mix in cool whip
Spoon into a graham cracker crust. You can eat frozen or just put in the fridge. It's delicious either way.
Feel free to use regular products vs. low fat. Hope you will try this and let me know how you like it.
